We use shipstation/UPS to ship orders to USA, and we found 6 large parcels were returned by UPS, because of no invoices. (we shipped over 100 parcels to USA, only a few returned to us.)
We did not get any notice from shipstation when we printed the shipping labels. I talked to shipstation customer service just now and they told me they did not send invoices automatically and they are working on this. It is a big bug of the Shipstation app.
Is there any way we can get the shipping fee back from Shipstation?
