shipstation connect logs out and will not start

WTF "SHIP"STATION this is ridiculous. No one logged me out but ShipStation crashed. Now Connect will not start! This happens far to often for us to pay for. For every minute down we should get a credit of a dollar. That might speed up fixes on your end. If anyone has a better "ship" company, I would love to hear about them
