Since the ShipStation Connect issue back in September, ShipStation is not working as efficiently as it used to. The label is purchased from the carrier, but never prompts me to print the label and hardly ever automatically prints regardless of the settings in place. I end up having to refresh the page and "reprint" the never printed lable. I uninstalled the old Connect app and downloaded the updated version (as instructed), but nothing seems to be fixing the slowness. I haven't had success creating a support chat either. This is slowing my work flow a ton!

I've been dealing with this problem on both Windows and Mac for several months.

new layout there alot of bugs things that don't work properly hope they fix it soon
