If I have multiple stores coming through from one order source (lets say 2 stores coming to SHIPSTATION from CARTROVER), will I see , or be able to see, which store it came through to CARTROVER, or will I only be able to see that the order came from CARTROVER and not see which store it came initially from?

Welcome to the community! We are so happy you would turn to us for answers 🙂 

When it comes to importing orders via the API, ShipStation will only be able to display what is sent to us directly. With that in mind, you can actually use the "StoreID" in the API call to designate the store. You will find that option, including an example call, in this article about Advanced Options. When creating that next Create Order call I would recommend having this up at the same time for reference.
