Hello, has anyone had problems with Shopify options not appearing on Shipstation packing slips? Every one of my items have two or more options, yet they will not populate on the packing slips. I'm using the [item options] field replacement function, in the custom template feature. I appreciate any insight that can be offered. Thank you
