Hi!
Looking for some help - we're a Canadian company that just opened a warehouse in the states (Miami). From my understanding, we cannot have two ship-from locations on our ShipStation account that are in two different countries. So I need to open a second ShipStation account for the USA warehouse.
My issue is - how do I connect two ShipStation accounts to the same Shopify store? How will it know how to pull orders correctly (I only want to ship US orders from the US and Canadian orders from Canada).
Does anyone else have experience with two warehouses/locations in two different countries?
Thanks!

Hello jessicabax!
Thank you for your post. Both of your Shopify connections will be the same. You will then want to create an automation rule to filter out orders for your two locations. This will require a Do Not Import rule. If you need assistance setting this up, you can reach out to support@shipstation.com for agent assistance.
Thank you, and happy shipping!

Hello Jessicabax,
In case you need to solve this, I can provide you with the right custom integration that solves this issue. I already worked on similar project whereby:
(1) Assuming you using single ShipStation account
The solution takes Shopify order, splits it into 2 if it has to be fulfilled by more than one location, and send it to ShipStation. Then, each order is assigned to the right Ship From location having only the lines to be fulfilled by that location. In case, any custom documents is required (due to cross-border needs), it will be automatically set in ShipStation. Hence, all is fully automated.
(2) Assuming you using two ShipStation accounts
Similar to above but each order goes so the right ShipStation account for fulfillment.
Above is just to brief you how it can be solved but I can tailor it to your specific needs.
You can message me directly and I'll be glad to help.
