When we initially connected ShipStation to or WooCommerce,.. syncing worked fine,.. but now we get the following error:
An error occurred attempting to update orders: Invalid XML. Error: ''=' is an unexpected token. The expected token is ';'. Line 69, position 127.' We received: '<!DOCTYPE HTML> <html lang="en-US"> <head> <meta charset="UTF-8" /> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" /> <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=Edge,chro'
We've done EVERYTHING suggested to fix this: plugin conflict detection, checking for carriage returns in the ship to's, uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, ect.
ShipStation says it's WooCommerce. WooCommerce says it's ShipStation. Can anyone help? We just want it to get working again.
Thank you in advance.
