Currently during an exchange, we reship the original order and then have to change the packing slip by hand writing the changes. While we could create manual orders for each of these, right now customer information does not automatically fill in all of the time when creating an order. When this happens we can go to the customers tab and then search for the customer and then create an order from there, but this seems like an extra step. It would be convenience to have a "duplicate order" button that would create a new order to the same recipient directly from the orders or shipments tab.

We have customers that order sizers, to ensure that their ring will fit. The first shipment we do not want to send a shipment confirmation to close out the order as shipped in the market place. Having a duplicate order button would be helpful, as the sizers do not come in as a line item, they come through as a variation on the product. So splitting the order is not useful.

When we re-ship an order, we usually need to re-make it, as our products are handmade. The ability to duplicate an order would allow us to assign it to the proper team member to be made and reshipped.

We have customers asking for reoccuring orders but this feature is not yet available in ShipStation. Any idea when this functionality will be live? This takes out a lot of manual & monthly steps for our team.

Lost shipments require reshipment. A "duplicate" order would allow us to create a brand new order record to reship asap. Thanks!

I want to reship to the same address, but change the products on the order, the weight of the shipment, and change the order number or add a +1 on the order. On my previous program it was called "clone order". It simply copies the whole order and you can fully edit it. Saves a lot of time.

We have recently had a customer request this as well. Would be very interested to know if this feature is being looked into for manually entered orders.

Hi, we have an automatic refill orders, and it would be great to just duplicate the exact order instead of re-entering the info. Save on possible human errors, Thank you!

This would be incredibly valuable to us as we send out many sample orders to potential accounts, which are the same every day, and have over a dozen items to send This would be a great time-saver for processes such as these. Alternatively, a template would be an even better solution.

We would love to have this feature as well. Sometimes a carrier loses a shipment and we want to quickly ship another one out before the 1st one has been returned.

I sometimes have to enter in manual orders with 100+ products ordered and the customer will order it again. That's what I would use a "duplicate order" feature for. When a customer literally orders the exact same thing multiple times it would save a lot of time.
