In my example, it is Woocommerce, but I doubt this issue is specific to WC. If the customer realises they have given us the wrong delivery address, we update it in WC and then the next time Shipstation syncs, it pulls in the new delivery address, BUT does not use it. 

 

Instead it treats it like the original address that has been corrected in Shipstation. So I press revert and it "reverts" to the new address.

 

My suggestion is that Shipstation either automatically adopts the new synced address, or creates an alert to say that an address has changed.
