Purchase labels via shipstation's API for linked stores such as Amazon or eBay

Currently, there is no way to purchase a store label using the ShipStation API. It would be extremely convenient to have an input to enable label purchase when sending a POST command to fulfill an order (e.g., order_id xyz).

The desired functionality would be as follows:

1. Label Purchase: Automatically purchase the shipping label for the specified order.
2. Label Printing: Use ShipStation's print service to print the purchased label.
3. Return Information: Return the shipping cost, method, and tracking number for the order.

The shipping cost and method should reflect what is already selected for that order in ShipStation. This feature would streamline the fulfillment process significantly by integrating label purchase and printing directly into the API workflow.
