From time to time there is an order import failure and subsequent loss of orders in shipstation. The orders will be in Woocommerce for example but shipstation will not import them. The sync date passes the order date and the orders never get brought into shipstation. We have to contact support to get this fixed and it often takes hours. I can't imagine this is a good use of time and it is very frustrating for customers. Often support needs to escalate the issue to the senior support team and they get back to us by email. Please bring back or add the ability to "adjust the store refresh date" so we can effectively conduct our business.
