I know this has been posted before, but it needs to be posted again:

Please let us generate pick lists with no order limits. Right now the maximum number of orders for which we can create pick lists is equal to the number of orders that can be displayed on a page (500). We regularly have many more orders than that, so we print two pick lists and then manually combine the two. It's very messy.

Hey there,

This is something I absolutely I understand the desire for! I'll move this over to our ideas section so that others can vote on this idea for potential implementation in the future! ๐Ÿ™‚

There is a solution to this problem, but it requires you to have processed your labels already.

Put all your orders in a batch. Process the batch, and when it's done, you can select to print a pick list. If the batch contained more than 500 orders, it will generate a pick list for all the orders in the batch. You can even select multiple batches to create a master pick list.

Of course this won't work if you print packing slips and wait to purchase postage once your orders are put together.
