Packing slip template landscape

I need a way to create horizontal packing slips.

Home depot is requesting that from us,

Also It would be great if we can create a html packing slip with out any restrictions that come with hsving to use

The model number and description etc is off and is not landscape properly. Can you please advise correct code for this? thanks!
