USABILTY ISSUE remove ad for lower cost shipping, it is covering the print shipping label button

On every order I ship I get a ad above the print shipping label button saying use this shipping service to save money. #1 the cost savings is always wrong.
#2 that ad covers the print shipping label button.

Please give me an option to turn off this ad or move it so it doesn't cover the print shipping label button.
