Hey guys, this is a 2 part post, for context we have recently moved our website over to shopify and were looking for a new back end solution for shipping our products. We settled on shipstation as it had most of the features we needed for our relatively complicated postage system. but we are still struggling with a couple of small features.
1. We want our warehouse team to be able to see the location of a product in the warehouse when they look at the order board. Ideally this would be placed on the sidebar next to the products (see image 1). However we can't seem to find anyway of doing this. When we try to go through the convoluted way of setting up the warhouse locations in the settings it starts asking us to book in inventory and we have to set every single row, shelf etc up. All we really want is a space in the product settings to add a short text description of the products location and then this appear on the order board.
2. Our stock levels are pulling through from Shopify and showing on the order board as you can see in image 1. BUT when we head to the products tab and look at the products individually we cant see a stock level (see image 2).
Any help here...????
