In the address validation process, ShipStation needs to offer the validated address as a suggestion that requires a user to click on a button to accept the change rather than simply automatically changing an address without allowing a user to compare the original with the corrected address.
One of our orders was delivered to an incorrect address because Springdale, AR, has a Watson Drive that runs parallel to Watson Avenue. The #### Watson Drive address is not in the postal database, whereas the #### Watson Avenue address is. So when we validated the address for our shipment, ShipStation changed Drive to Avenue automatically. Given the chance to accept or reject the suggested update, this misdelivered/lost package could have easily been avoided.

We have had several address validation issues, too. For example, ShipStation often does NOT validate addresses that customers say are perfectly accurate. Additionally, we have the same problem with having to fix customers' addresses when they've placed the "house number" on one line and the street itself on the next. Can ShipStation PLEASE add a feature whereby the customers have to validate their own addresses before putting their orders through??? That would really save us time in emails and phone calls to confirm we're shipping to the correct locations. Thanks!
