Anyone else having speed/lag issues today? Nothing on Status.Shipstation- yet we continue to have slow processing. It's a headache.
This, of course, is after I asked Shipstation to downgrade me for January, one day after renewal. We were forced to "upgrade" for December. I guess you have to set it on Dec 31st...to get your limit/package lowered again. So we're at over $320 for the pleasure of slow speeds.
Yes, I'm just complaining. I liked $99 a lot, and would have probably been ok sub $150. But more than doubling the price, not allowing a downgrade, and then STILL having speed issues...is very annoying.
