So we have variation listing's on our eBay store, I am trying to add an Internal note (or anything) that would add a note to packing slips stating what is in each of the variation to help the warehouse when packing orders. I spoke to support who advised HTML, but they have no HTML training on how to add it. Could any one help or provide an alternative.
We already have rules for them that split them by weight, but some weights are so similar that it doesn't always help them. Ideally need something like an automation rule that adds a brief note describing what's in the particular order

Hey @LAshton, i see this question is from two yrs ago, but in case you still need the html ref. I've included a basic line you can add in the footer that'll display internal-notes. also, depending on how long these notes will be and how you wish to format, you could also add to header for better visibility. hope this helps
