Basic company info on packing lists - deleted option for smaller Bronze accounts.

Long term Shipstation user, over 8 years. A simple suggestion, please make it possible to have basic company info, like phone/email/website print out on packing slips. And the default location for "qty" field should be left side next to the SKU field, like any standard invoice/slip in the world. Not fancy customization of higher tier plans, make this the basic default for bronze users too.

We are a smaller business, and rarely have enough orders for the "silver" plan. Most the year we use the "Bronze" plan. The "Silver" plan lets you customize packing slips and invoices. When we had that plan we made a few basic adjustments to the default packing list, added our company contact info like phone/website, and moved the "Qty" field to the left next to the SKU field. Better functioning layout. Just this week, Shipstation removed the saved minor customizations we had. And told us if we do not pay for Silver indefinitely, we will lose the customized packing list settings the minute we downgrade to Bronze. This is very petty and arbitrary behavior, and disappointing. Not only we can't use the saved template, they DELETED it.

The increased charges to use basic features, our 1 carrier account have been getting harder to justify. This new move is one more frustration to add to that list.

Please stop hurting small business, by pricing out basic features to higher tiers. Having our company phone/email print on a packing list is not worth $40 more a month! ( $30 more for silver + $10 extra for our 1 single carrier account)

You must change this back and allow bronze customers to customize their packing slips. At the very least we should be able to add the Item SKU, Item Quantity and Item Price. These 3 options should be on the packing slip by default without paying extra. They are options that if not added back will cause people who have been loyal customers for over a decade to leave and use one of the many other cheaper and free options instead of staying with Shipstation.

As of today it gets worse, now it won't even let Bronze user print out there SKU on the packing slips. How is this a higher tier feature? Every shipping software allows this for no extra charge. Printing a product SKU, Description and Quality is not "custom". That's basic info on any packing slip in the world. Shipstation support can you confirm this is real, or a bug?

I agree with the poster 100%. We should not have to pay double to have basic features like having the SKU and unit price on the packing slip. I am seriously considering leaving Shipstation after 10+ years because of this. 

Item price, Item Quantity and Item SKU are basic option that must be included on the packing slip. How are we supposed to match the correct item with the correct label without the SKU? It is a ridiculous and unnecessary money grab. If this isn't fixed ASAP you will loose 1,000's of customers.

This is a new low. Have to admit it's baffling, to remove the option to print a SKU or Price on a basic default packing slip. SKU and Price are often required by certain selling channels, and needed for most e-commerce shipments. Cannot believe Shipstation has removed this basic info from default packing slips. We already pay $50 a month for bronze and our one FedEx carrier account. The cost to "upgrade" to silver for the privilege of basic packing list info is egregious, and just plain mean. There are many smaller business like ourselves that don't get near the 500 shipment monthly limit of Bronze, and just need basic functionality. This is going to force many to find a reasonable less mean spirited shipping software. Please Shipstation team, why are you doing this? Bring back SKU and price for default packing slips. By all means charge extra for customization. SKU and price are not "customizations". They are basic requirements.

Totally agree, I am currently looking for an alternative to switch to because they no longer allow us to edit our packing slips on the bronze plan. I have been with shipstation for years and rode out the price increases only to feel like this is a slap in the face to get us to pay double for that ONE feature. I never thought I would leave shipstation and wouldn't have considered it until they changed this. I just can't justify paying double just to have acess to editing the packing slips.
