Bug Report: Split and recombine fails with error

Hello

We are encountering an error when we split a shipment using Split and then recombine the shipments.

6 package order of 2 different products.

We first split the order as a,b,c,d,e and f but later found we can combine the packages as ab,cd,e,f. 

So tried to combined all together as ab (shipment 2) and cd (shipment 4) after e (shipment 1)and f (shipment 2) were already shipped. Shipstation throws an error saying this cannot be done at this time.

I have seen this happen before when orders are partially shipped already as you have mentioned. Hope it can be resolved!

Thank you for your post. I know it can be frustrating to run into these issues.  I would suggest that you reach out to support@shipstation.com. While you are doing the correct steps, we want to look at why you got the error. Support gave me a little step-by-step video if you will review it.

Thank you for the video. I am going to try deleting the empty shipments and see if I still get the error.
