Hi,
I am occasionally (~25%?) of the time receiving a login error. The page appears to timeout with an Error 500. The error window sometimes that it failed to grab captcha token. I'm not sure that's the exact phrase but it is similar.
Is this a known issue?

I was able to capture the longer error message. Browser is Chrome with no VPN so those don't seem to be the issue. Everything works if I refresh the page. I will also send this to support.
"We were unable to fetch the CAPTCHA token, which
prevented your login attempt. Please try reloading the
login page and attempting to log in again. If the issue
persists it may be related to the use of a VPN,
conflicting cookies, or an incompatible browser. As an
alternative, you can try logging in using your browser's
incognito or private mode. (TSI 06010)"
