I feel like the return portal overall could be bolstered up a bit with more conditional/ custom rules for returns in the returns settings themselves but one of the biggest requests I get related to returns aren't from customers themselves but our shipping/ receiving department. It would be great to have customers print out a return slip in addition to the return label to give context of what is being returned and why, information present within shipstation already. This way whoever is receiving a return has immediate context and can process more efficiently. Right now the only real identifier of a return is locating the original order number on the return label or referencing the customer name, but labels often arrive pretty marred and sometimes are unreadable.
