There is an option for an auotmation rule to apply a declaration statement for FedEx only shipments, however this doesn't actually add the declaration to the auto generated Commercial Invoice. There is a field for it on the PDF, and the rule says it was applied, but it does not work.
I understand that ShipStation has never supported additional customs documents for free trade agreements, however with the recent developments in the world of logistics of tariffs, the needs have shifted. Even though there is a de minimus qualification, this has nothing to do with the Executive Order Tariffs for US imports. Our product qualifies for USMCA, and therefor should be exempt from the EO 25% reciprocal tariff, and the shipment is low enough value, and should qualify for de minimus, but we still get charged the tariff unless we add a reference to our USMCA on file within the line description. This is our work around, but it is tedious to add to every line that qualifies manually.
It would be incredibly helpful if SS could support declaration statements if nothing more.

Any updates Cara?
This is very important for Canadian sellers and I can see businesses switching platforms if something like this is not implemented soon.
