Dymo printer not connecting and printing correctly

We just transferred the printer to a different computer and we can't get the Shipstation Connect to properly work or even read. Has anyone had this issue? It doesn't pop up on my printing pages either. I haven't had this issue before before and it always worked but now I can't get it to work. Any thoughts?

Steps to troubleshoot:
- Unplug the printer completely for 10 minutes and plug back in
- Completely uninstall shipstation connect including the %appdata% folders
- Make sure the account logged into connect and shipstation are the same

I've had some issues with ShipStation Connect in the past. What's helped is, erasing ALL hooked up computers to connect. Then, re-add your new computer back to Connect. You should be able to find it that way. Also, make sure it's not hidden on your list of printers through Shipstation, otherwise that could be another reason why you can't find the printer. Hope this helps! If you still can't get it to work, download Loom and take a video showing the errors/issues you're having and include a link to the video in an email to support@shipstation.com and they should be able to help you get it fixed with their Printing Team.
