EOD Processing failing for Fedex in new version (ship11.)

Hey there,

 

We recently transitioned to the new version and EOD processing worked the first few days but has now failed 2 days in a row. SS support recommends clearing our cache and cookies (which seems to be the proposed solution for most issues and doesn't always work).  Anyone else having this issue?  Resolved it?   Thanks,  Doug.
