Hi ShipStation team and community!
We would love to see the ability to look up past shipments, and see how long they took to ship out. We can currently see "Current Order" data on the SLA number. But there is no way to look up a previous date range and see how well our shipping/order processing departments did at shipping orders on time according to the SLA we set.
I feel like it would be a very valuable tool/metric data for companies to evaluate their performance and service standards. You already have the tool pretty much there for "Current Orders" (orders in processing), so you guys realize that it is valuable to get orders out in a timely manner and a way to track it... And since that tool is already there for current orders, it shouldnt be too much more work to be able to save "SLA Time" as of when the order was shipped to the shipment/order itself, so that the data could be looked up in the future to help companies evaluate their service performance ๐
