In order to get useful data from customers for the reason they are making a return, it would be beneficial to be able to edit the list of reasons to remove unrelated choices like "rental" that may never apply to a specific business model or add choices that would help differentiate the reason.
agree 100% here. they should add functionality to customize these return reasons. a one size fits all approach here does not work. many of the return reasons here in our industry does not make sense - rental, warranty, etc and others should be able to be added that would be more clear to both us and our customers.
Is there any update on this?! I'm new to Shipstation but this was my first thought when setting up returns on my website ... we should be able to customize the reason for return based on our business and its products.
