We run an online store using WooCommerce, and have workflows that trigger depending on where in the flow an order is. The one blocker we have is that ShipStation does not send the data back to our site when an order is `Out for Delivery` or `Delivered`. This means our "review your products" workflow isn't as intentional as we'd like it to be. In a perfect world, we send the email x amount of days after the order has been delivered, but without knowing this information, we have had to set it to a few weeks after the customer places their order just to be safe.
This is a small piece of information to send via the API which is missing and will make a big impact in a lot of store-owner's lives.
