I use the shipment notifications, they are great! But now with using Global Post, when a customer click the tracking number the link goes to USPS. Yes, USPS picks it up but the tracking is thru Global Post not USPS. So when the customer clicks the tracking number and it takes you to USPS and shows status not available
After a few days of the customers tracking to track it, they will contact us and assume we have not shipped their package. We have to send them the correct Global Post link.
I am going to add a note to my template hopefully they will see, but would be great if shipstation can configure this method to use the correct global link.
