This doesn't help at all. It just says to create logins for multi-users --- something I already have and why multi factor authentication is a good idea. Where is the guide on how to set the multi factor authentication to avoid disruption to my account?

Can you explain how this is 2FA? From my position it isn't.  We  desperately need 2FA log in to protect sensitive data of customers and businesses. We are wide open to attack. It's only a matter of time before  someone hacks a Shipstation account and it devastates the reputation of all.

• 2FA: A fixed two-step process for every login, providing consistent but less flexible security.
• AMFA: A context-aware, adaptive approach that adjusts authentication based on perceived risks, offering a great balance between security and user convenience.

the 2fa is useless, I signed into another laptop, with a vpn, and still did not get asked for any auth.

it is at "random", whatever that means
