Is it possible to implement buyers USER names? I have dropshippers and need the list.

So I sell on the platform and I require the user names of the buyers from it. I have some dropshippers who order 5 to 15 orders per day, and here on shipstation you can get the data for buyers address, and phone, but no way to pull up USER ID's to find dropshippers so I can see the repeat names to find dropshippers easier.
