UPS made a change to their additional handling charges back in October where certain packages are now subject to a 40lb minimum weight along with an add'l handling surcharge, similar to their Large Package Surcharge where certain packages are subject to a 90lb minimum weight + surcharge fee. The rates match up perfectly where a Large Package Surchage is applied, but the newer additional handling is showing rates based on actual package/dim weight rather than the 40lb minimum weight. This is leading to large discrepancies between our invoices and the rates displayed on Shipstation, and we can't effectively rate shop between UPS and other services if we aren't seeing the real rate.
When will Shipstation correct this so these packages will be assessed a rate based on the 40lb minimum rate? Considering it is already working correctly for "Large Packages", hopefully it'll be easier to implement again for this new Additional Handling minimum weight.
