Order Summary missing critical info after items have shipped.

For some reason the order summary screen no longer shows the weight or package size after the item has shipped. If a customer claims they are missing an item the 1st thing we do is check the package it was sent in along with the weight. The information used to be there????

My first recommendation would be to reach out to our support team so that we can see whats going on here. I absolutely understand wanting to get to the root of this order summary behavior you're describing.
