Packag Type: Custom Package not working anymore

Since yesterday, I cannot enter dimensions and weight anymore (only from a pull down selection with a few entries for each field) for custom package (which is 90% of my shipping). 

Was there a software update that killed it? 

Did I change settings to prevent me from entering dimensions/weight by accident?
