We are relatively new to ShipStation, being subscribers/users for only a year. I cannot believe how much easier it is to ship things, and the cost savings! Thank you, ShipStation.
My one request is about the weekly email digest we receive. I love to see the comparison between the last two weeks. Nice. And seeing my average cost? Wow!! But I'm not an Etailer like some using ShipStation are. So I don't have any orders tracked in the software. That dollar amount per order is ALWAYS zero.
What we DO wish for is to have the per-shipment COST appear in this summary. THAT would be extremely useful for me. As a business owner, I am curious how much it cost to ship to a customer, especially for those shipments that are very expensive.
Please consider adding the per-unit shipping COST to the weekly digest email. There is plenty of room to include it. And maybe if you only can show one statistic per order, you can add a drop-down choice on the "Account" category in settings to let us choose which one (or more) fields to receive.

P/S: As a related request to this... we don't have orders, but do store customer info for repeat shipments. Could there be a way to simplify our journey in ShipStation and just go to a "generate label" page? Sure - we need a customer created first, but that could be from a saved list. Then it's just "Create and Print a Shipping Label". No worrying about quantities and items and costs of inventory or sold items. Maybe you could create a checkbox in the Account settings and let us opt out of tracking orders, to skip that entire step and simplify our experience here?
