How do I print labels for an order that isn't initiated via ShipStation; my wholesale buyers contact me directly via a purchase order?
If it's just a single order/label you need, then just choose "New Order" button to input the mailing address and create a label.
If you have multiple orders, you can import a CSV with the info by selecting Other Actions > Import Orders
