I would venture to assume that most companies that use Shipstation have more than one employee using Shipstation at one time. Why in the world do we have to go all the way back to settings to print with or without packing slips? And why, for the love of Pete, does it make this change for every single user on the account?
Here is an idea: When we print in batches, add a button "print labels w/packing slips." Done. There are already buttons for printing labels and packing slips separately.
One more freebee: Send employees out to visit with people who actually use this software in real life. Watch them and ask questions. If you are already doing this, go to different places, because they don't know what they are doing either.
