REQUEST FOR FEATURE - Insurance totals automatically added on ... but you can not COMBINE orders and have the totals add together! It just keeps the total of the Remaining order only. *Clearly this does not work if you want full insurance coverage of ALL the combined items... so we have to add them up and manually change the amount.
1. We are using the automation to add on the order total for our 3rd party insurance Cabrella. This works great. Unfortunately, when we have to combine orders (ie.. a customer has placed multiple), as they are added together the TOTALS of each order are not automatically added.
This seems like a major flaw - and we are having to add them together and update the total right now which is inconvenient. In speaking with Support .. we were told to Request a Feature for this so it can be updated.
