I'm requesting that Shipstation consider adding the ability to scan the UPC of the parent product in a bundle. For instance, we sell direct to consumer and B2B. When someone orders on our website, they order eaches/bags. When B2B orders, they often order full cases. It would be ideal if we could scan the parent barcode (AKA the case barcode) and that account for the appropriate amount of eaches/components setup in the bundle. For instance, if our case contains 8 eaches/components, when the parent/case barcode is scanned, that would account for 8 eaches/components.
At the present time, every single each/component has to be scanned in a product bundle, which is unfeasible when orders have hundreds or thousands of eaches. Veeqo allows you to scan the parent UPC in a bundle and accounts for all of the eaches/components. If Shipstation can't enable this, we may have to migrate away as it's a massive pain point for us. ๐
