Search by tracking number

So search by tracking number does NOT work in the Shipping tab.   It does work in the Orders tab.  This makes no sense.

In our testing, we have seen the tracking number search be returned, and we want to make sure that you are able to as well! Please reach out to our support team directly so that we can inspect this with you 🙂

Tried again.  So it seems the results get filtered by ship date automatically.  When I cleared the filter it started to show results.  So just have to remember this going forward.
