Shipstation Connect Not working

Hi, we are based in the UK and have had trouble over the last week with shipstation connect. It is not working, cannot find the printer, won't start at all or when we did finally get it to work today the labels it was printing were tiny (nothing changed in the settings and have checked all sizing).
We know the Amazon outage earlier this week had an effect however Shipstation claimed yesterday that this was no longer an issue and the problems were due to something our side.
We cannot get hold of shipstation today (still waiting for a reply) and have done everything we can think of (restart, uninstall and reinstall shipstation connect, and the printer etc etc)
Is anyone else have the same issue?
