Tried reporting this to the BS robot they have to report problems. No more phone support because they have too many problems and I'm sure most of their customers are fed up.
We are looking for a new provider. Have had enough of their inept IT department, inept management, and indifferent view of their customers.

After 6 years plus we were able to test various other platforms and placing SS in the background as we test and finalize our move.
