Sku Mapping Issue

The order # - 112979024-1, is an order from Overstock/BBB. Ship Station imports the marketplace sku instead of supplier sku from Overstock. For every overstock orders, we're facing the same issue. Because of this, our 3PL finding it hard to process the orders. It's affecting our brand reputation and sales. This issue is being going on for more than 2 ½ months now. Please help us resolve this issue.
