Hello SS community,
Its the 3rd day I am sitting duck and support replied once in Chat says someone will resolve this within a day, today is the 3rd day and the support ticket is marked as resolved without any answers.
I want to use my ShipStation Balance with USPS, not stamps.com account that is connected since I no longer use this stamps.com account (its for my other business). There is no option to remove this from Carriers. Please see my screenshot.
