I heard from a UPS driver that they can scan packages but there is a fee. Has anyone else heard this or have this done, if so what is the fee?

Thank you for your post in the community. This is definitely a carrier-specific question; if it is an option, it may not be available in all locations. The driver may have referred to the weekly pickup fee or Smart Pickup. The best way to get a clear answer would be to check directly with your local UPS Hub.
If there is a charge for this service, it would not be billed through UPS by ShipStation accounts.
