What was wrong with the old layout?

I don't like the new layout. What was wrong with how it was before? You didn't make it better, you made it confusing and complicated. Before, if I needed to reprint a label, all I had to do was check a box and click print. Now I have to click an icon, then the return or shipments, then the 3 dots, then print label. Twice as many clicks to do the same thing, and I can't even see the RMA until I open the print preview. I guess it's time to write my own software to use the API.

Well, it's not as bad as I first thought. I actually can see the RMA in the return details. I still think the old version was more efficient though.

I heartily agree. It's almost like they don't test these things.
