Is anyone else experiencing issues with manually sending notifications for fulfillment orders as shown below?
Manually sending "shipment notification" in fulfillment was working fine until 12/03/2024 and stopped working after that. No configuration changes on my end.

Were you able to resolve this? We're new to ship station and only Delivery Notifications work. We have the same problem also with trying to manually send a notification as you were trying to do.
When we try sending a test email from the email settings page, it goes through without any issue.
We've opened a support case but was just curious what you ended up with.
