I completely understand the need for your warehouse team to access and print external shipping labels directly from ShipStation, and I appreciate you bringing this concern to our attention. I’m here to help!
 
At this time, ShipStation doesn’t support uploading or attaching externally generated PDF labels directly to orders within the platform. While you can mark orders as shipped and manually enter tracking details (as you’ve been doing), there isn’t currently a built-in way to store or display third-party labels for printing within the order record.
 
That said, I truly appreciate you sharing this use case—and I’ve submitted your request to our product team as a feature enhancement. Your willingness to invest in this functionality speaks volumes, and I’ve flagged it as a high-impact workflow need.
