I'm pretty sure this started after the last update. I'll try to explain the best I can, so here goes...
Previous to a week or so ago. I was able to really take advantage of NOT having to touch the mouse by simply scanning the product bar code, then scanning a bar code from a hot-key preset for my box size, then scan the print label barcode. It was a seamless scan, scan, scan which resulted in the item shipped & label printed.
Now however, after scanning the product barcode the cursor stays in the "Find Shipment" field and I have to click (with the mouse) anywhere outside of that field in order to scan my box size which is a real inconvenience.
Any ideas or suggestions on what caused the change? Carriage Return is enabled on my scanner
