Custom Declaration Weight problem

I'm trying to figure out a solution for the problem we have when we fill the custom declaration. 

A sample order has a quantity of 5 of the same salve. one salve weighs 100g - (including the content and bottle), gross weight for packing all 5 would be around 500g. However when we print the label, the weight of 100 grams of the salve divides with the quantity of 5 on the order. See images:

Is there any way to fix this. I have changed product presets and still the same outcome. we thought about having 5 lines of the same thing but it's not very efficient as some people order more than 5 quantity of the same product. Any suggestion would help. Seem like the support couldn't figure out the problem too.
